At a breakfast launch today Gareth Jones, Chairman of the Open 4 Business Steering Group declared the festival “open”. Over 25 people attended the launch including Main Sponsor, Weymouth College, represented by Sue Moore, Principal and representatives from supporting organisations such as Business Link, Dorset County Council, West Dorset District Council, Purbeck District Council and Weymouth & Portland Borough Council plus Dorset Echo, Wessex Fm & Openscreen.tv.

The theme of the 2010 festival was announced as “WORLD CLASS BUSINESS” and the 2010 AWARD CATEGORIES were announced as :
