John Langham CBE, Chairman of Langham Industries and Portland Port Ltd. will be the guest speaker at the special Open4Business Breakfast, organised by Weymouth & Portland Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Tourism, on Tuesday 6 October at the Rendezvous, by the Town Bridge in Weymouth.
Well connected to local business, Langham Industries purchased Portland Port in 1996, turning the near derelict naval establishment into a flourishing commercial port. Mr. Langham will have much to tell the local business community and a full breakfast room is anticipated. From their headquarters at Bingham’s Melcombe in mid-Dorset, Langham Industries have diverse interests in marine and engineering services.
