The Winners of the South & West Dorset Open 4 Business Awards celebrated at the Awards Ceremony and Dinner held at Weymouth College on Thursday 6th October 2011.

The Open 4 Business Festival is delivered by the newly formed community interest group Open 4 Business (Dorset) and the Award Ceremony and Dinner was the highlight of the events  programme which offers over 25 events between 3rd – 20th October.

Award entries were up 10% on 2010 entry levels and over 75% of the award entrants entered the 04B awards for the very first time.  Almost half of the entries came from outside the Weymouth & Portland area. The evening was hosted by Darron Garnett of Real World Services, Julie Cleaver and Stephanie Pettitt, both directors of O4B (Dorset) CIC.

Julie Cleaver, Managing Director said

Tonight has been a total celebration of local business success.  The Open 4 Business management team and stakeholders would like to be the first to congratulate all of the Award Winners, as they all prepared outstanding award entries and were duly rewarded for their success. Thanks must also go to our loyal supporters and sponsors without whom we could not run this annual event.
